The 2008 Florida National Dental Convention is the official meeting of the Florida Dental Association. FNDC 2008 will be held June 12-14, 2008 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Join your colleagues as they work with the latest dental materials, learn how to administer Botox injections, perform the latest in endodontic therapy, build Invisalign into your practices, improve your digital images, create powerful PowerPoint presentations and much, much more.

With the theme, Dentistry for the Mind, Body and Soul, this year’s meeting has continues its new direction in both format and continuing education.
In speaking with colleagues all across the U.S. regarding continuing education meetings, a constant theme continued to emerge. Both dentists and staff preferred taking time out of the office for relaxation and personal growth rather than registering for another dental lecture. For that reason, we decided to
offer courses for personal growth and enrichment along with our usual superior course offerings in clinical education.

This year’s meeting offers numerous presentations geared towards the body and soul. These include courses on nutrition, general health issues, oral health issues, and personal well-being.

In addition, we have added numerous workshops. Dentists are seeking more hands-on training and I think you will find several courses that will pique your interest. New this year, is a panel discussion on how to participate a dental missions trip. This format will allow anyone interested in missions work to learn the basics.
